Asked for 2 used tires today. First time around they only put one tire on, I happened to notice when I checked the tires later when at a store. so I drove back... well they put another one on... but its immediately a bad tire. I drove it right home, when I went back out to go somewhere a few hours later the air pressure light was on... i figure no big deal ill just run down to sheetz and add some air. Well the air pressure would not go higher than 23psi and it should go to 36 psi. Driving it around it veers very hard to the left. I brought it home, its sitting and the tire is half flat. So now I either have to go back there for a 3rd tire, of course their phone number listed doesn't work, or run down to Middletown for another. They didn't check this tire properly thats for sure. I drove 5 miles home. No nails Came back out again and tire is completely flat. Trash tire now im stuck completely without a working vehicle because of a bad tire. Luckily I wasn't driving down the highway or anything else. Jeez Would like a refund for at least the 1 bad tire but who knows if that would happen. Warranty less tire nothing is guaranteed but you'd expect it to at least last 15,000 miles or

They patched a hole in my tire quickly. Very helpful and reasonable price.

No other tire shop was willing to do what they did with the size of rim and type of tire

I just went here for the second time, and I swear they are the absolute best. Anywhere else would've tried to upsell all kinds of stuff . But this place had me in and out in less than 30 mins, plugged the hole in my tire, and charged me $20 for the entire process. And it's literally just walk in, you don't even need an appointment. Also the last time I went (with my previous car), I had a tire that was persistently slowly losing air despite other shops actually even replacing the entire tire and then still telling me I needed to replace it again. But when I came to Family Tires Corp, they actually investigated the tire and diagnosed the problem related to the valve. Easy and quick fix! So much cheaper, faster, and easier than anywhere else! This is not the closest tire shop to my house but they will always have my business.
